NASHVILLE, TN – Baker Group Strategies has promoted Dylan Miller to Political Director, recognizing the critical role he plays in delivering wins in competitive races across Tennessee.
Dylan has been a key part of the Baker Group team since January 2021, serving as Grassroots and Political Coordinator. The campaigns he builds not only win but also leave a lasting impact through the meaningful relationships he develops. This promotion recognizes the larger leadership role Dylan has within the firm in addition to the major wins he has delivered.

Prior to joining Baker Group in January 2021, Dylan worked as a Regional Field Director for Bill Hagerty’s U.S. Senate race, covering 24 counties between Middle and West Tennessee. During the 2018 election cycle, he was a field operative for RNC Victory in Tennessee focused on Marsha Blackburn’s successful U.S. Senate race. Originally from Palm Desert, California, Dylan is a graduate of California State University of Sacramento. He lives in Williamson County with his wife and son.
