Chelsea serves as the COO for Baker Group Strategies, where she oversees the day-to-day company and client operations, including all client projects, budgeting and administration, and strategy. More recently, Chelsea served as a senior advisor overseeing budget operations for Senators Marsha Blackburn, Bill Hagerty, and Kelly Loeffler’s campaigns.
Additionally, Chelsea has advised numerous companies at the national and state levels to navigate communications crises and execute public affairs campaigns, including tax reform and health care initiatives, by developing highly targeted and strategic campaigns with data-driven messaging advanced technology.
Prior to joining Baker Group Strategies in its founding in 2017, Chelsea served two cycles at the National Republican Senatorial Committee. She acted as Deputy Director of the NRSC Independent Expenditure in 2016, implementing a $40 million budget and overseeing all administrative operations. Chelsea also served in the role of Chief Operations Officer in 2015, where she managed and oversaw all committee operations and projects. In 2014, Chelsea was tapped to be the Deputy Political Director, where she helped achieve the Republican Majority in the U.S. Senate for the first time since 2006.
Previously Chelsea has worked in Texas, Florida, and North Carolina for campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels.
A graduate of the College of Charleston, Chelsea is from Jacksonville, Florida.
