Rex joined Baker Group Strategies in August of 2022 as a Political & Grassroots Coordinator where he cultivates relationships and develops pathways to ensure candidates have a successful route to victory.
Prior to joining Baker Group Strategies, Rex managed Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs’ successful re-election campaign. He also worked to help elect both Tennessee United States Senators, Senator Marsha Blackburn in 2018, and Senator Bill Hagerty in 2020. During both the 2018 & 2020 cycles, he was a field operative for the Middle Tennessee regional team which grossed the highest numbers out of any other team in the state.
Rex is a graduate of the University of North Georgia where he studied Political Science. He is originally from Gillsville, Georgia but now resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
