Sonali serves as the Director of Rapid Response and Social Media for Baker Group Strategies, where she acts as a communications hub for breaking news events and helps initiate and manage clients’ rapid responses. Additionally, she develops effective social media and messaging strategies for local, state, federal, nonprofit and corporate clients.
Prior to working for Baker Group Strategies, Sonali was the Social Media Director and Scheduler for Bill Hagerty’s successful 2020 United States Senate campaign where she assisted with coordinating and executing the launch of the campaign, directed and executed rapid response for impact moments, staffed and captured on the ground content of the candidate and digital surrogates and worked to strategically create engagement and logistical plans. Through her work, Sonali developed innovative ways to share a disciplined message both through digital and field operations, which she applies to clients’ social media strategies today.
Sonali also volunteered on Marsha Blackburn’s historic 2018 U.S. Senate campaign.
She is originally from Memphis but now resides in Nashville.
