Todd Rapp

Todd Rapp is a recent graduate of East Tennessee State University. He earned his degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. Throughout his time at ETSU, he was involved in East Tennessee politics, most notably serving as Vice President of the Conservative Coalition at ETSU. In this role, he assisted in bringing multiple elected officials and conservative activists to campus with attendances over 300 people. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute’s Youth Leadership School where he learned the ins and outs of how to win campaigns. Todd is excited to grow the conservative movement across the state of Tennessee.
